TOP SECRET

 ……………………………………………………..

This trick is so top secret that you must memorise it and then eat this computer.

Take in box of matches to class. Put 5 matches on table or 4 or 8. It doesn’t matter. Tell kids each

pattern stands for a number between 1 and 10. In other words,  it is a code.

Now get an accomplice. Keep rearranging patterns of matches in weird ways.

Ask your accomplice ‘What no is it?’  They don’t get the number from the matches but from your Left (plus right sometimes)hand which shows the number of fingers on the table. Some kids will get it. Great fun.

NOW GO PLAY WITH MATCHES.
