Begin the class by asking kids if they can make a strange noise. This may astound you. Kids are weird noise masters. There will be some bodily function noises. Be prepared with a ‘We will pass on that talent Josh. We don’t want to become an endangered species.’ You can, if you like, encourage BATMAN COMIC sounds.

.

Then run a keyword or mental maths test as above.

.

Alternatively, set class several maths exercises and as each kid finishes he or she can yell out their noise.

Totally mad. Totally amazing.  Maybe you could even make up a few more BATMAN sound graphics.

You must ask questions & students answer as robots.

Arm actions included.

This is very good for testing tables or keyword or even doing calculations as the robot computes the answer.
